A Beginner Guide to Cloud Computing

Image
Cloud computing is transforming how we access and manage computing resources. One of the most demanding platforms leading this digital transformation. Whether you're a student, a tech professional, or a business owner, understanding knowing cloud computing fundamentals can open up a world of opportunities.  In this blog, we’ll explore what cloud computing is, its types, regions, a wild underwater experiment, and why it’s a top choice over other providers. Cloud computing means using computing services—such as servers, storage, databases, and applications—through the internet instead of owning and operating the hardware yourself. Providers maintain the equipment, while users request resources when needed and often pay based on consumption. The Basic Idea 💡 Think of cloud computing like electricity: rather than buying a generator, you plug into a home current wire and pay for what you use. In the same way, a business or individual can rent processing power, file storage, or sof...

How to Build High-Quality Projects With AI

You know that yucky feeling when you see an AI-generated flyer or advertisement and it’s immediately obvious that whoever prompted it thought they were being clever by cutting out the graphic designer? That same low-quality, low-UX principle is what I’ve come to understand as AI slop which is using AI to produce something quickly while skipping the human judgment that makes the final result actually good. And with AI advancing so rapidly, it’s getting much better at generating code, interfaces, documentation, and entire project structures. A lot of the obvious mistakes are being reduced, but that still doesn’t remove the need for a human in the loop.  Let’s first see how Wikipedia defines it. For a lot of student developers, this pattern is familiar. dump an idea into AI chat, one-shot a prompt, then spend hours debugging by copy-pasting errors back and forth, doing the tweaking. With no clear test cases in mind, the session drifts to the point github commits get forgotten b...
